In the event of an internet outage there are several solutions available to you.1) If you have printed out the Running Order Report simply run service from this.
2) Locate ( i.e. next door ) another Internet Connection point, access your Electronic Reservation Diary and print it out.
3) Simply contact your Eveve Account Manager and we will fax a copy of your Running Order Report to you for the coming service.
Who can access the restaurants Electronic Diary?
Your restaurants Electronic Reservation Diary is password protected so it is totally at your discretion who has and who does not have access rights. One of the key advantages is that the Electronic Reservation Diary is completely internet based which means that you can access your reservations from home, office or from anywhere around the world.Is there training to teach my team on how to use the Electronic Diary?
Yes. Our Electronic Reservation Diary is one of the easiest in the world to use so training is pretty simple. Once on board, your dedicated Eveve Account Manager will train you and your team on how to use the system and get you up and running to accept real-time bookings.What happens during service?
